Hi, I’m Robin, and I’m the founder here at Long Board Planet.
I became an avid longboarder the second I got my first one at the age of 15. As a kid growing up in San Diego, longboarding was as natural a transportation method as riding a bike. I did it, my friends did it, and my parents–well, they tolerated it.
My goal with Longboard Planet is to take longboarding out of the niche activity realm and make it accessible for everyone. Longboards aren’t just for teenagers or people who live near the beach. With the right model, you can have fun on a longboard no matter what your experience level is.
They’ll help you get outside, stay in shape, and reduce your environmental impact by reducing the need for cars.
